Verifies the accuracy of the payments that have been keyed in by the lockbox for reputed company payments. Retrieves any payment remittance information not forwarded by the lockboxes. Research individual payments and deductions on reputed company remittance for appropriate coding, value, and accuracy, performing according to outlined specifications. Processes customer payments received reputed company credit card by submitting confidential information for payment through the banking system. Serves as the departments subject matter expert for credit purposes.
