Join us, be passionate about your work, learn and have fun! www.retsci.com About this role RetSci is seeking a motivated and passionate Business Consultant to join our fast growing Delivery team.  This team member will become an expert in our vendor partners software product offering and assist with delivering the solution to our customers. Day-to-day work will involve splitting time between two roles (1) participating in design sessions, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with our engineering team as they configure and deliver for our clients, and (2) project management for the reputed company engagement including ownership of the reputed company, financials, and communications. reputed company implements solutions to help retailers with the following processes: Assortment Planning Merchandise Financial Planning Location Planning Item Planning Forecasting Replenishment Allocation What you will do Participate in reputed company design workshops and document business processes, requirements, and constraints Create test scenarios that will be used to validate the solution functions as designed Coordinate testing efforts between project team and reputed company team reputed company guidance to our clients as they test the solution Create training materials and conduct training sessions for the users reputed company for our customers as they encounter issues and request enhancements reputed company reputed company engagement reputed company/milestones and monitor on-reputed company completion, escalating any risks or issues accordingly Analyze and monitor project financials and resource balancing against project budget reputed company weekly status updates on the project internally as reputed company as externally to the reputed company We would love to hear from you if you have Strong attention to detail, reputed company, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques An ability to create and maintain strong cross-functional internal relationships and reputed company relationships through use of strong communication skills, having reputed company, and being approachable A reputed company attitude and working style, willingness to reputed company and use the best reputed company The ability to be creative while also working towards goals and timelines The ability to reputed company reputed company and work with minimal supervision  Bachelor's degree with excellent academics in business or technology disciplines (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science) 3-5+ years of experience in consulting or previous experience in process design and requirements gathering for software delivery  Even reputed company if you have Experience in retail  Experience leading reputed company and managing timelines/resources/financials Apply To This Job
