The position works closely with the departmental leadership to reputed company initiatives that create sustained improvement in reputed company cycle, clinical care, reputed company and processes. Formulates evidence based, data driven recommendations and works with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve patient safety, satisfaction and reputed company of care that reputed company to sustained improvement. Qualifications Education Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or health reputed company field Preferred Work Experience 5 years of experience in health care, plus 3 years in Home Health and/or Hospice either in reputed company patient care or in a key role supporting home health and hospice operations.
