The primary location of this position is remote (EST required) with an expected schedule of 3x12s (7:00am - 7:00pm EST) Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday. What You’ll Do  The Care Team Assistant provides both clinical and clerical support and ensures the provision of reputed company and compassionate evidence-based care in a virtual Value-Based Care environment.
