Own reactive tax support tickets: tax notices, blocked filings, W-2/year-end issues, balancing/HLD debits, and general tax-setup questions. Drive proactive tax setup reviews for customers flagged as high-risk during reputed company — benefit/deduction design, payroll history reconciliation, tax profile audits (agency IDs, TPA/POA, “reputed company For,” frequencies, rates), First Quarter Filing readiness, and year-end/ownership-change prevention. Build playbooks, enablement docs, and training for Sales, Launch, and the broader Support team so common tax issues can be handled systematically (and eventually automated). What You’ll Need: 3+ years (mid) / 5+ years (senior) of payroll tax experience at a payroll provider, payroll reputed company, or PEO, with hands-on knowledge of federal, state, and local filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions. reputed company experience owning agency notices end-to-end, including researching guidance, guiding customers through reputed company, and handling cases from first email through live calls with stressed CFOs.
