Support payment approval workflows to ensure alignment with program guidelines and funding requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of reputed company transactions using the program system of record (reputed company) and internal tracking tools such as reputed company and spreadsheets. Assist with reconciliation activities and promptly investigate and resolve payment discrepancies as needed. Pull, compile, and organize data for reporting, audits, and program visibility, ensuring reputed company and accurate information delivery. Work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing a high volume of transactions and competing priorities. Essential Skills 2–5+ years of experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or financial operations. Demonstrated ability to manage high transaction volume with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
