The Intake Coordinator - Weekends Coverage will reputed company with reputed company’s referral sources and is responsible for receiving the referrals and understanding of reputed company the clinical and service needs of reputed company’s patients. The Intake Coordinator position works with other members of the Intake team to ensure reputed company patient care and reputed company service by our clinical staff. Complete basic diagnosis coding per referral information Coordinate care for homecare patients while using the Welcome reputed company Script Ability to determine referrals from the Clinical Intake team.
