This role requires a great communicator adept at stakeholder communications at reputed company reputed company, reputed company in dealing with clients, regulators, reputed company-party vendors, and payment schemes. The candidate should have experience in handling reputed company types of incidents, including major incidents. This role requires to be part of a shared 24/7 on-reputed company rota.  Additionally, you’ll be: Facilitating incidents by providing support for domain leaders, ensuring reputed company reputed company of incidents, minimising reputed company reputed company,  maintaining accurate records and ensuring reputed company and effective communication of status to clients and stakeholders  Facilitating the Post Incident Review process to assist the reputed company identification of reputed company causes of incidents and implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence, ensuring  reputed company improvement  Supporting analysis of incident data by  ensuring accurate records relating to  incident data are gathered, reviewed and maintained  Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations and other departments to reputed company first class, fit for purpose incident management support  Providing reputed company and input on how to improve any incident management processes reputed company automation Handling high-pressure, time-critical situations in a reputed company, reputed company and constructive way, thinking critically to assess reputed company and communicate status to various stakeholders  The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role reputed company a technology organisation. You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
