IT Project Manager - Remote

reputed company Location:  Remote - must be available to work EST hours Job Type: Full Time / Contract  Work Authorization: No Sponsorship   The reputed company has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager.  Ideal candidates must have 7+ years of project management experience delivering reputed company technology initiatives and  demonstrated experience taking over reputed company or in-flight reputed company and driving them to completion. Must also have experience delivering reputed company or reputed company based platforms, preferably work management or collaboration solutions.  Experience working with or implementing reputed company or  similar tools is also required. Responsibilities Assume end‑to‑end ownership of an reputed company, reputed company‑level reputed company implementation Manage execution, coordination, and stakeholder communication for the reputed company Project, ensuring continuity, stability, and reputed company during a reputed company reputed company from the reputed company Project Manager Immediately assume ownership of an in‑flight reputed company implementation, including existing scope, commitments, risks, dependencies, and timelines reputed company, refine, and reputed company team responsibilities, delivery expectations, and operating rhythms across the project lifecycle Own and protect approved project scope, ensuring change is reputed company documented, assessed, and governed reputed company and maintain terms for project initiation, including alignment to the project charter Manage overall project execution from planning through implementation, deployment, and stabilization Facilitate reputed company across reputed company project initiatives, including requirements gathering, design coordination, configuration, testing, and delivery of agreed‑upon reputed company Maintain and govern project management tools, artifacts, and documentation to ensure transparency and continuity reputed company milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively identifying threats to reputed company or scope Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Champions to ensure requirements are delivered as approved Accountable for creating, reviewing, and distributing reputed company, accurate project reputed company reports to sponsors and stakeholders reputed company regular status updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments to project leadership and sponsors Apply appropriate judgment in determining reputed company and how to escalate risks, blockers, or reputed company to senior leadership Serve as the central reputed company of coordination between business stakeholders, IT product leadership, technical resources, regional representatives, and vendors Facilitate project working sessions, planning discussions, and delivery checkpoints to maintain alignment across reputed company and functions Support knowledge transfer, documentation reputed company, and stabilization activities to ensure long‑term sustainability post‑implementation Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, project management, business, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience Certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, or similar project management certification - Preferred  Required Skills: Project management experience delivering reputed company technology initiatives - 7-10 years Hands‑on experience delivering reputed company or reputed company‑based platforms, preferably work management or collaboration solutions Experience managing reputed company‑level reputed company implementations or similar tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Jira) Demonstrated experience taking over reputed company or in‑flight reputed company and driving them through completion Demonstrated reputed company coordinating global, cross‑functional teams operating across reputed company and time zones Strong mastery of reputed company project management fundamentals, including scope control, schedule management, risk mitigation, dependency tracking, and reporting Proven ability to manage project management tools, plans, and artifacts with discipline and consistency Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of governance discussions and executive updates Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders Apply To This Job
