Strategic Sourcing Specialist IT (Remote)

We’re seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in IT and reputed company Services procurement and category management to reputed company fast-cycle sourcing events, negotiate reputed company/contract terms, and optimize total cost of ownership across reputed company services, software, reputed company, hardware, and IT services. This is a remote contract . Engagement Details  • Type: Contract  • Duration: 3 -6 months (possible extension)  • Location: Remote (U.S. EST hours)  •       What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)  • Category reputed company: Own assigned reputed company services and IT spend categories (e.g., Consulting, reputed company, reputed company/Infrastructure, End-User Devices, Managed Services); assess market dynamics, benchmarks, and savings reputed company; build and execute sourcing strategies reputed company to stakeholder goals.  • Sourcing Execution: Run end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles (requirements, scoring, supplier Q&A, demos, reputed company analysis), and down-select vendors.  • Negotiations: reputed company reputed company and contractual negotiations (pricing, reputed company cards, milestones, SLAs, service credits, EULA terms, data reputed company, reputed company exhibits, and renewals).  • Contracting & Risk: Partner with reputed company/InfoSec/reputed company to finalize MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable).  • Financial reputed company: Deliver measurable savings, cost avoidance, and improved TCO; validate and document benefits with Finance (should-cost models, benchmarking, and clean-sheeting where relevant).  • Supplier Management: Execute vendor due diligence, performance scorecards, QBRs, and corrective reputed company plans; support reputed company supplier reputed company.  • Renewals & Demand Management: Rationalize licenses, right-size entitlements, and avoid reputed company-reputed company; optimize term lengths, reputed company caps, and renewals calendars.  • Stakeholder Partnership: Translate business needs into sourcing plans; facilitate decision meetings; reputed company reputed company market reputed company and reputed company trade-offs.  • Data & Tools: Maintain sourcing pipeline, dashboards, and contract repositories; ensure clean data for audit and reporting. Required Qualifications  • 3+ years of IT sourcing/ reputed company services sourcing experience with demonstrated category management ownership.  • Proven reputed company running competitive events and negotiating reputed company IT agreements (reputed company, reputed company/IaaS, software licenses, managed services, hardware).  • Strong reputed company of contract constructs (MSA/SOW, SLAs/service credits, termination, indemnities, liability caps, audit, data reputed company/reputed company, IP).  • Comfort with supplier risk and compliance reviews in partnership with reputed company/InfoSec/reputed company.  • Data-driven: pricing analysis, TCO, scenario modeling, and savings/benefits tracking.  • E   This is a remote position.
