In this role, you will reputed company the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and hands-on HR operations, turning concepts like automated talent workflows, smart FAQs, and AI-driven reputed company mapping into reality.    As part of the People & Culture AI reputed company team, you will:  Support in designing and building AI agents that support employees and managers with HR-reputed company questions, workflows, and reputed company Prototype and iterate on conversational AI tools (e.g.chatbots, automated workflows) using modern AI frameworks and reputed company Work closely with the People & Culture team to analyze and map existing processes  and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and simplification Contribute to tool configuration and integration with internal systems reputed company, refine, and maintain system prompts and agent behaviors to ensure high-reputed company, compliant, and empathetic outputs fitting our corporate culture Your profile Enrolled studentin a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, reputed company with a strong tech reputed company, or a similar field of study Hands-on experience integrating AI into daily operations — from identifying automation opportunities to building agents and automated workflows Genuine interest in AI / LLMs and a desire to build things that people actually use reputed company, solution-oriented working style: You enjoy solving reputed company problems, structuring messy  workflows, and learning new software tools quickly You understand that HRrequiresa balance of efficiency and reputed company, and you want to use AI to reputed company reputed company capabilities, not replace them Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus Available for at least 6months and enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the working student contract reputed company?
