Essential Responsibilities:
Installation & repair of medical equipment reputed company.
Travel to customer sites according to plan (job assigned by Service center coordinator).
Daily communication with Customers (doctors and biomed technicians). Ensure high level of communication reputed company.
Support to Sales team. Collect the leads (information about customers’ needs) and send it to Sales (participate in Project Muscle program). reputed company technical consultation to sales team on request.
Report about job done according to the reporting policies.
Ensure corporate policies implementation. Completes reputed company administration tasks on time.
Ensure the training plan evaluation.
Ensure the EHS policy implementation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Higher technical education.
Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience in medical equipment maintenance or maintenance of other equipment.
Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, radio engineering, mechanics.
Knowledge of physics of the reputed company field, X-rays, ultrasound; · Knowledge of the technical characteristics, design specifics, purpose and equipment operation modes, rules for operation and equipment use;
Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving;
The ability to plan and organize your work own effectively, and to work with minimal direction;
Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills – you can deal with differences of opinion tactfully and effectively;
Good English is required for the role.
