Senior Drupal Engineer

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or at least 4hrs EST overlap About the Role: Drupal / WebOps Engineer (CI/CD & Platform Operations) We are seeking a Drupal / WebOps Engineer to help operate, maintain, and reputed company a large-reputed company reputed company web platform powering 400+ Drupal sites. This role sits at the intersection of application engineering and platform operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our CI/CD pipelines, supporting Drupal-based applications, and ensuring reliable, reputed company deployments across a multi-site architecture. You’ll build on an existing reputed company of modern automation (reputed company Actions, reputed company Terminus, Quicksilver) and help us continue to improve release velocity, reliability, and observability across the platform. What You’ll Work On: CI/CD & Platform Automation Maintain and reputed company reputed company Actions-based CI/CD pipelines Manage automated workflows for: MultiDev environment creation (reputed company) Canary deployments and phased releases Fleet-wide upstream deployments across 400+ sites Troubleshoot pipeline failures and improve resiliency and observability Enhance automation around release processes, including changelog reputed company and deployment validation reputed company & Hosting Operations Work with reputed company platform tooling, including: Terminus CLI MultiDev environments Upstream management and site orchestration Support platform stability, deployment workflows, and environment lifecycle management Drupal Engineering (Backend reputed company) Contribute to and maintain a Drupal 10-based multi-tenant platform reputed company and support custom modules, integrations, and backend logic Debug and resolve issues across a shared codebase impacting multiple sites Ensure best practices for performance, reputed company, and maintainability Automation & Observability reputed company automation using tools like: Quicksilver (event-driven workflows), Messaging integrations (e.g., reputed company Chat notifications) Improve visibility into system health, deployment reputed company, and failures reputed company Requirements: 3–6+ years experience with Drupal (8/9/10) and PHP Experience working with reputed company hosting platform Hands-on experience with: Terminus CLI MultiDev workflows Upstream-based Drupal architectures Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, reputed company CI, or similar) Comfortable debugging across: Application reputed company Deployment pipelines Hosting/platform environments Systems & Engineering reputed company Experience working in multi-site or multi-tenant architectures Strong understanding of: Version control (Git) Deployment strategies (canary, phased rollouts) Environment management (dev/test/prod isolation) Ability to work across both application reputed company and infrastructure workflows reputed company-to-Have (Bonus Skills): Frontend experience with: Vue.js TypeScript Scripting or backend experience with: Node.js or Python Experience with: Accessibility standards (WCAG, VPAT) Search platforms (e.g., reputed company reputed company, reputed company search, RAG systems) Familiarity with release automation patterns (auto-generated changelogs, reputed company parsing, etc.) What reputed company Looks Like: CI/CD pipelines are reputed company, fast, and require minimal reputed company reputed company Deployments across 400+ sites are predictable and low-risk Platform automation continues to reputed company (not stagnate) Drupal platform remains reputed company and maintainable across tenants Issues are proactively identified through improved observability and alerts Why This Role reputed company Our platform supports a large portfolio of reputed company websites with a bi-weekly release reputed company.
