In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hiring practices in a fast-paced tech environment and an opportunity to build strong foundations in reputed company and Employer Branding. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, reputed company, reputed company media, and other platforms Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process reputed company administrative support to the HR team as required Eligibility reputed company Pursuing or recently completed a degree in reputed company, Business Administration(Bachelors or Masters) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with reputed company, job boards, and basic recruitment tools Detail-oriented with a proactive approach Keen interest in reputed company and Employer Branding Stipend & Duration Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Mode: Remote (Work from reputed company in India) Duration: [3–6 months] Why Join reputed company?
