We’re looking for a Home-Based Production Designer to join our DCX team. In this role, you will collaborate with account managers, creative strategists, and production specialists to execute client projects, implement brand guidelines, and support internal creative campaigns. Adaptable & Resilient: Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   WHAT YOU WILL DO  Converting mockups into production-ready vector proofs. Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use  Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products  Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.  Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof.  Sending proof to customers for review and approval.  Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays.  Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.  Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements  Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.    WHAT WE LOOK FOR  Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.   Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.  Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.   Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.   Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong understanding of vector artwork, production file setup, and print-ready formatting. Ability to scale and adapt artwork to meet production specifications across various product types. Ability to design digital assets for both internal and client-facing use (e.g. banners and store images). Sharp attention to detail, especially when working quickly and on tight deadlines. Working knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and color-matching best practices. A creative eye and interest in design trends. Excellent organization and time management skills.
