Sales Enablement Specialist (Contract | Remote)
We are seeking an reputed company Sales Enablement Specialist to support a large-reputed company reputed company initiative during a high-reputed company hiring period. This role will reputed company on delivering engaging, instructor-led training to new sales hires and ensuring successful reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions reputed company reputed company using reputed company-reputed company curriculum and slide decks
Quickly review training materials and deliver sessions with minimal reputed company time
Manage and engage cohorts of 10–30 learners
reputed company learner reputed company, including attendance and course completion
Partner with sales leadership and reputed company teams to reputed company updates on learner performance
Offer feedback to instructional designers to improve training content
Facilitation & Training Delivery

• Facilitate training using existing slide decks and curriculum
• Quickly review content and deliver reputed company 1–2 days
• Manage cohorts:
o Typical: 10–15 learners

• Maintain engagement and handle:
o Difficult learners
o Incorrect responses
o Coaching in reputed company-time
Training Management
• Assign and reputed company online/self-paced modules
• Monitor:
o Course completions
o Attendance

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with:

o Sales leadership
o New hire managers
• Responsibilities include:
o Weekly reporting on learner performance

High performers
Learners needing support
o Aligning with leadership on role expectations and updates
Content Feedback (Not Creation)

• No requirement to build or design content
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or sales trainer
Strong presentation and virtual facilitation skills, with the ability to engage large audiences
Ability to quickly learn and deliver content independently
Experience in sales or familiarity with sales methodologies (preferred)
Tools & Experience
Experience with reputed company Workspace (Slides), reputed company, and reputed company
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., reputed company) and sales tools is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $59.66 - $59.66/hr.
