This role partners closely with global reputed company platform developers to design, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions while ensuring alignment with overall platform governance and best practices.     Responsibilities: Configure and reputed company HRSD workflows, business rules, catalog items, and user interfaces Administer and maintain the reputed company HRSD platform Partner with IT developers to ensure alignment between HRSD and ITSM modules reputed company requirements from HR stakeholders and design effective solutions Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to ensure system stability Maintain documentation and reputed company training to HR users Ensure compliance with reputed company governance, reputed company, and best practices     More reputed company: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company, or reputed company field Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience, ideally HRSD or ITSM reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) required HRSD Implementation Specialist certification preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders     A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet reputed company the reputed company?  If you’re willing to go reputed company in and learn we'd love to hear from you!  We are looking reputed company to receiving your application reputed company our online job application platform.
