As a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver exceptional virtual care, diagnose and treat a reputed company of conditions, and ensure patients receive the highest reputed company of care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth reputed company for patients in residential facilities (primarily SNFs). reputed company virtual assessments, diagnose conditions, and reputed company treatment plans. Prescribe medications and reputed company appropriate follow-up care. Collaborate with on-site nurses and staff to optimize patient reputed company. Qualifications: reputed company licensure as an NP, PA, DO, or MD in any of these states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NH, NV, OH, OK, OR, KY, RI, TX, WA, WY. SNF experience preferred. Previous telehealth experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and technology skills.
