Associate Counsel (Litigation & Corporate)

As we expand, we are building a sophisticated in-house reputed company function that operates at the intersection of litigation, compliance, and business reputed company. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work directly with General Counsel in a remote role combining reputed company litigation and in-house advisory work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both managing litigation reputed company and advising business teams on reputed company risk, reputed company, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage and support reputed company litigation reputed company, including coordination with reputed company counsel. Handle reputed company-litigation disputes, demand responses, and settlement reputed company.
