This role will partner closely with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to drive system transformation initiatives, capture business requirements, and support end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and treasury processes, combined with hands-on experience managing reputed company implementations or enhancements, particularly in S/4 HANA. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements reputed company subject matter expertise (SME) on local finance/treasury processes and regulatory requirements Document reputed company state (AS-IS) processes, including workflows and system interactions Design and document reputed company state (TO-BE) processes, ensuring alignment with reputed company S/4 HANA best practices reputed company detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications reputed company and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) activities in collaboration with technical teams Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process walkthroughs Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities Support data validation, defect tracking, and issue reputed company during testing phases Drive project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in Finance IT or Treasury systems Strong hands-on experience with reputed company ECC and S/4 HANA (Finance/Treasury modules) Deep understanding of Treasury operations (cash management, liquidity planning, bank interfaces, payments, etc.) Proven experience creating:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE) Experience leading or supporting SIT (System Integration Testing) cycles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional global teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with S/4 HANA Finance transformation programs Knowledge of reputed company Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) or Cash Management Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification Experience working in global or multi-entity environments Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Excellent documentation and presentation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment reputed company-to-Have Experience with integration tools and banking interfaces Exposure to reputed company Fiori / UX improvements Experience supporting UAT in reputed company to SIT Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
