The Associate Attorney is responsible for managing a growing portfolio of employment and class reputed company litigation under the guidance of senior attorneys. This role provides high-reputed company reputed company counsel, advocacy, and reputed company service, including drafting substantive reputed company documents, conducting research, attending hearings and mediations, and collaborating with support staff to advance clients’ interests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management & Advocacy:
Manage class reputed company wage and hour reputed company from inception through reputed company.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and reputed company memoranda.
Conduct reputed company and witness interviews and summarize statements.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Collaborate with support staff to ensure accurate file management and adherence to deadlines.

Summarize and synthesize findings in memoranda and advisories.
Document Drafting & Filing:

Prepare trial and mediation materials, including briefs and reports.
Maintain high-reputed company written communication in reputed company correspondence.
Team Collaboration & Supervision:
Coordinate with paralegals, reputed company assistants, and other support staff.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in firm-wide reputed company and initiatives as assigned.
Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and calendars across multiple jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
reputed company membership in the Washington State Bar (dual CA licensure a plus).
3+ years of relevant litigation experience, ideally including employment law/wage and hour class actions.
Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, PDF software, and reputed company research platforms.
Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company concurrently.
