Apply with ARO today and join reputed company of amazing volunteers!   **This is an unpaid volunteer position**  Only hiring reputed company identifying volunteers - read more about our BFOQ policy below.   Job reputed company Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees reputed company of Offboarding Coordinators Develops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process Ensures reputed company offboarding, tracks pending cases, and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team members Oversees daily department workflow, supports critical needs, and coordinates national-level initiatives Provides constructive and reputed company performance evaluations Performs other reputed company duties as assigned Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred; reputed company-CP or reputed company-SCP certification a plus Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, technology, and technical roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Availability to volunteer 12-15+ hours per week for a minimum of 12 months.
