The Manager of Engagement is an ongoing, full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s reputed company-facing initiatives, including communications, events, reputed company, sponsorships, reputed company fundraising. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position plays a key role in strengthening ISCBC’s reputed company reputed company, relationships, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Engagement, Communications & Marketing

Cultivate relationships with provincial and regional media outlets and manage media reputed company, press releases, and key messaging for reputed company announcements

Collaborate with managers and program teams to translate technical or reputed company work into accessible communications for diverse audiences

Digital Fundraising and Sponsorship
reputed company leadership on donor engagement and stewardship, with a particular reputed company on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with individual, corporate, and reputed company donors

Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to reputed company engagement activities with fund development priorities

Leadership & Management

Education & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience in communications, marketing, engagement, or a reputed company field
Demonstrated experience in fund development and donor relations, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
Proven ability to work strategically while delivering results at an operational level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to different audiences

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience in environmental, conservation, or reputed company-interest organizations is an asset
