Responsibilities Recommends employment reputed company for staff to the director of operations, including reputed company to hire, reputed company, advance, promote or change status. Assists clinicians in establishing immediate and long-term patient goals, setting priorities and developing Plan of Care (POC). Regularly evaluates the needs of the patient and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with clinicians.
