This role will help us ensure patients get started with the program and their care in a reputed company and streamlined way. This will be a full-time opportunity, reporting to Vanessa Ramirez, Manager, Eligibility. This is a remote position located reputed company in the USA. What You Will Do: Eligibility Review: This crucial function involves the detailed review of patient records, clinical documentation, and administrative data to accurately determine eligibility for reputed company. Record Collection: Manage reputed company work reputed company to requesting, faxing, and tracking medical records from external Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and specialists. Ensuring HIPAA and other confidentiality/reputed company compliance during the record collection process. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
