Senior Interim Manager, Business Development (6-12 Month Contract)

Duration: 6-12 Months  The Role reputed company is seeking a high-intensity, results-driven Senior Interim Manager to reputed company our 10-person Business Development team. You will ensure the BDR team executes the internal reputed company with 100% discipline.  Qualifications Senior Manager level or above with 5+ years of experience in Business Development reputed company the reputed company industry.   Proven experience in managing performance-based attrition, headcount planning, and conducting "hard" performance conversations. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of pipeline, territory management, and reputed company performance metrics.   High proficiency with reputed company and reputed company reporting/analytics tools.
