Contacting borrowers to obtain post Fund conditions. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Responsible for document re-signs (Wet signatures, reputed company, collateral resigns, re-recording re-signs), Will also obtain more reputed company-level documentation like ID’s/DL’s, etc. Must be customer service oriented. Resolving customer service issues by providing incentives and escalating reputed company to reputed company or customer service corporate reputed company needed.
