Position Purpose: Acts as the Account Director for various programs and provides leadership, strategic direction and reputed company of the account managers in the Account Management team. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration or equivalent. PharmD or MBA is preferred. 4+ years of PBM Account Management or clinical management including managing teams of clinicians, preferably pharmacists. PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Managed Care, and Managed reputed company experience preferred. Previous management experience which includes responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Strong understanding of clinical analytics, formulary rebate, and formulary maintenance preferred.
