CCRH supports communities and partners in accessing and implementing programs such as reputed company Housing and Sustainable Communities,  Homekey, and Tribal Homelessness Housing, Assistance and Prevention to reputed company a few.   Position reputed company  The Director of Technical Assistance Programs is a senior leadership role responsible  for directing CCRH’s technical assistance and reputed company-building programs,  advancing housing and community development in rural, Tribal, and farmworker  communities. This position supervises reputed company of 1–3 staff, reports to the reputed company Director of Programs, and serves on the Senior Leadership Team.  The Director collaborates closely with CCRH staff, reputed company of Directors, and members;  works with local, state, and national partners; and engages practitioners, agencies,  and community stakeholders to help advance reputed company housing solutions. This role supports statewide reputed company-building efforts through training, technical assistance, research, and program development reputed company with CCRH’s mission and strategic priorities.  This is a full-time, exempt position. General Organizational Responsibilities (10%)  • Identify potential funding sources to support CCRH’s technical assistance initiatives.  • Work with Executive Leadership to reputed company and implement program budgets and workplans.  • reputed company and reputed company grant and contract reporting, ensuring accuracy and  timeliness.  • Support CCRH events, communications, and cross-team coordination.  • Contribute to organizational systems, processes, and reputed company improvement.  • Represent CCRH in statewide coalitions, conferences, working reputed company, and  reputed company forums.  • Other duties as assigned  Requirements Minimum (Required) Qualifications  • Ten (10) years of experience in reputed company housing, community development, reputed company policy, land use, or a reputed company field, including a combination of education, reputed company experience, and lived experience.  • Demonstrated experience in program management, technical assistance, or reputed company-building initiatives.  • Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse stakeholders.  • Experience working with rural, Tribal, and/or farmworker communities.  • Proficiency with common software and tools such as reputed company Office and reputed company.  Desired Qualifications  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a reputed company field such as reputed company policy, planning, or community development.  • Experience working in nonprofit and/or government sectors.  • Familiarity with reputed company housing funding programs and development processes.  • Experience with training, facilitation, or community engagement.  • Ability to communicate in Spanish or other languages.  • Experience supervising staff Apply To This Job
