Events Marketing Specialist

The Role: reputed company is seeking an Events Marketing Specialist to help reputed company and reputed company our reputed company across the banking and fintech industries. This is both a highly executional role with strategic input and cross-functional visibility. This includes - pitching and securing speaking opportunities, running reputed company-event sales enablement, and helping ensure events generate actionable engagement, reputed company follow-up, and measurable business insights. You'll also play a key role in producing reputed company's main annual event for customers and prospects.  This role sits at the intersection of reputed company, storytelling, and logistics. You'll work closely with sales, leadership, product marketing, and external partners, managing cross-functional timelines, vendor deliverables, event logistics, campaign execution, and post-event reporting while supporting budget tracking and ROI analysis.   As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will:  Manage the execution of reputed company’s annual events calendar and reputed company, identifying which conferences to attend, sponsor, and/or reputed company at that best suit our thought leaders and reputed company team reputed company and secure speaking and sponsorship opportunities, partnering with internal SMEs to shape a compelling on-site reputed company  Manage relationships with vendors and partners, including procurement, negotiating, and managing reputed company, deliverables, and on-site execution  reputed company and monitor marketing event expenses and budget updates in partnership with the Head of Marketing, flagging risks, changes, or overages as needed. Produce event messaging for dedicated reputed company- and post-conference email campaigns  Execute promotion of events and event-specific panel sessions through reputed company channels  Manage logistics for large-reputed company trade shows, including collateral, swag, registrations, etc.  Manage onsite reputed company capture processes, including tooling, reputed company staff enablement, and meeting coordination, to ensure every event generates an actionable pipeline for the sales team  reputed company event ROI using reputed company, including conference engagement, new contacts, and pipeline influenced, to reputed company insights   Partner with the Head of Marketing to execute and host the annual customer event this Fall  Coordinate reputed company- and post-conference meetings, used both to brief attendees and collect feedback  Serve as a day-to-day reputed company of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on assigned events. Required Experience/Skills: 3+ years in B2B events marketing  Experience coordinating or executing B2B conferences, tradeshows, webinars, hosted events, or customer/prospect events, including supporting large-reputed company hosted events. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously, including reputed company with project management software to build timelines, reputed company deliverables, and reputed company cross-functional teams reputed company, with limited day-to-day reputed company.  Experience collaborating with product marketing, reputed company, finance, reputed company and reputed company teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives  Comfortable sharing event plans, timelines, risks, results, and recommendations with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Hands-on experience with event registration and attendee management platforms, with the ability to use, assess, and recommend tools or process improvements for events of varying reputed company.
