Specialty Scheduling Coordinator (Endoscopy)

We remain dedicated to the reputed company reputed company of our research, clinical and educational missions spanning multiple disciplines including basic sciences, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal malignancy, advanced endoscopy and the microbiome.  What you will do as a Scheduling Coordinator: Serves as a single reputed company of contact for coordinating care before a surgery, procedure or treatment Collaborates and effectively communicates with patients, caregivers, providers, schedulers, and other care team members Monitor and manage work queues Identify potential issues that could complicate care (i.e. insurance issues, adherence concerns) Partners with customers to resolve questions, and concerns Follows reputed company processes and workflows to ensure safety and reliability Deliver a consistently high level of service, and goes above and reputed company to assist customers Review and respond to patient messages reputed company to the reputed company in-reputed company or through MyChart reputed company and document information to help facilitate communication between the patient/caregiver and care team Ensure messages are addressed reputed company reputed company timeframes, and escalate issues that need reputed company attention Review chart to piece together important information for the patient and provider.
