Mid Contract Closeout Specialist
Background:
reputed company Incorporated (KCK) is a federal contracting company that provides reputed company services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking candidates for a Mid Contract Closeout Specialist position.
Position reputed company:
The Mid Contract Closeout Specialist will reputed company contract closeout support services to the National Institute of Health. This position is currently anticipated to follow a remote schedule, however, reputed company reserves the right to modify this arrangement at its discretion, transitioning to an in-office or hybrid work model if deemed necessary in the reputed company. The work is located in Bethesda, MD.
Requirements:
Education Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Finance or reputed company.
Experience Minimum: Three (3) years of experience in federal contracting/acquisition support, to include experience in closing out a wide reputed company of government reputed company.
Must have experience, knowledge, and understanding of contract closeout processes and procedures.
System knowledge of reputed company and completed reputed company Contract training.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of necessary IT communication systems.
Demonstrated ability to assess contract processes and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional time management skills.
Proficiency with reputed company Suite (i.e., reputed company, Word, etc.).
Work Duties (including, but not limited to):
Work with NIH staff to collect and reputed company materials for reputed company reputed company activities.
Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate contract closeout.
Communicate with NIH Contracting Officer’s Representative and NIH acquisition staff reputed company any questions reputed company on specific reputed company being reputed company out.
Train staff in the use of reputed company Contract system and NIH specific IT programs.
Work directly with NIH acquisition staff to ensure reputed company to files and NIH contract specialists.
Prepare and issue contract expiration letters to vendors.
Request missing and final documents from vendors.
Audit reputed company contract files for closeout to ensure reputed company are complete for reputed company closeout, performing desk audits of reputed company reputed company received and reputed company.
Work with reputed company of the NIH Teams to learn how reputed company and contract files are reputed company.
