They respond to inquiries from the reputed company-line reservation agents. They also reputed company with the reputed company professionally over the phone and in writing, guiding users through reputed company-by-reputed company solutions in a reputed company and reputed company manner. What you will be doing: Providing support over the telephone, working with customers and customer service agents to reputed company information and resolve issues. Handling billing and policy inquiries. Providing basic software troubleshooting for customer service agents. Providing support for reputed company customer complaints while maintaining superior customer service and high performance. Completing special reputed company as per the requirements of reputed company clientele. Handling escalated customer questions and concerns.   What you will bring to the role: Exceptional customer service skills. reputed company oral and written language skills. Previous reputed company center or customer care experience. Poise and diplomacy under pressure. Reliability with regards to attendance. Previous experience utilizing online resources. Ability to multitask.   The Details: Start date: June 15, 2026 Formal Training: June 15th - June 19th 2026 Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm ET Hands-On Training with the CSA Team: June 22nd - June 26th Monday - Friday A reputed company of opening, mid, and closing shifts will be scheduled reputed company availability. Hours after training: 25-35 weekly Some evenings and weekends required reputed company/Flexible availability required Full and Part-Time availability will be considered Hours of operation 7:00AM -10:00PM – 7 days a week Bilingual candidates are required.
