You'll partner closely with clinical leaders to understand reputed company needs, caseload demands, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for Case Supervisor and BCBA roles reputed company reputed company and passive ABA clinical candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted reputed company Conduct thoughtful phone and virtual screenings reputed company on clinical experience, supervision style, ethics, and overall fit Partner with Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and pipeline needs Maintain accurate candidate activity and dispositions in the ATS reputed company reputed company metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and retention Support a reputed company, transparent candidate experience from first contact through reputed company reputed company What You Bring 2+ years of reputed company experience, with experience in ABA, behavioral health, reputed company, or clinical reputed company preferred Experience reputed company BCBAs and/or Case Supervisors required Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clinical leaders Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Proficiency in reputed company 365; ATS experience required High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred reputed company to reputed company an reputed company?
