Key Responsibilities reputed company & Contracting Draft, review, and negotiate: reputed company agreements Master service agreements (MSAs) NDAs Vendor agreements Government and reputed company procurement reputed company Data processing agreements (DPAs) Support sales and partnership negotiations while balancing reputed company and business risk.
