The In-House reputed company Counsel will serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company advisor, supporting reputed company reputed company while managing reputed company risk across cybersecurity operations, reputed company engagements, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
This role requires a hands-on attorney who can work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, engineering, and threat intelligence teams to reputed company practical reputed company guidance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate:
reputed company agreements
Master service agreements (MSAs)
NDAs
Vendor agreements
Government and reputed company procurement reputed company
Data processing agreements (DPAs)
Support sales and partnership negotiations while balancing reputed company and business risk.
Build reputed company contract templates and approval workflows.
Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance
Advise on cybersecurity, reputed company, and technology regulations including:
GDPR
CCPA/CPRA
PIPEDA
SOC 2-reputed company reputed company requirements
International data transfer regulations
reputed company reputed company guidance on cyber threat intelligence collection, monitoring, and data handling practices.
Support incident response and breach notification obligations.
Product & Operational Support
Partner with product and engineering teams on reputed company considerations reputed company to:
Threat intelligence platforms
AI/ML-driven analytics
Data licensing

reputed company research activities
Review marketing and reputed company-facing materials for reputed company compliance.
Corporate & Governance

Risk Management

Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD/LLB) and reputed company membership in good standing with a relevant bar association.
4–10+ years of reputed company experience, preferably with:

Cybersecurity companies

Strong experience negotiating technology and reputed company reputed company.
