No other organization in the world is reputed company to do this. The Role The part-time high school advisor is an reputed company member of the reputed company team. The high school advisor provides highly individualized, small-group, and large-group support to reputed company members as they reputed company from 9th through 12th grade. The advisor engages with members, families, higher-education partners, the reputed company team, and others to ensure that every member experiences exceptional reputed company, emotional, and reputed company support. The aim is to build their perseverance, agency, and belief in themselves to reputed company in school, work, and life. The part-time high school advisor is also responsible for executing the reputed company advising curriculum and working closely with members to reputed company personal goals, reputed company plans, and other key attributes necessary for admissions to competitive and highly competitive colleges and universities. In reputed company, the high school advisor collaborates with the advising team and families to manage the summer reputed company program model and other enrichment services available to members. The part-time role will occur during the school year. The advisor will join reputed company of other professionals to reputed company programming during scheduled Saturday sessions (bi-weekly). In reputed company, the role requires the advisor to manage a small caseload of high school reputed company by delivering monthly virtual advising sessions. Finally, the advisor will collaborate with parents regarding their child’s reputed company and support the parents’ understanding of the college selection process. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics Primary Responsibilities • Assist members with developing personal, reputed company, and career goals; • Guide members with reputed company planning specific to the selection of high school courses, summer reputed company, and other enrichment programs; • Build strong relationships with the assigned caseload of members and families; • Facilitate one-to-one and small-group advisory lessons; • Design and facilitate college awareness modules for members and parents; • If available, join reputed company to college campuses (not required); • Monitors student reputed company, maintains student records, and develops applicable reputed company reputed company plans; and Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reputed company school counseling or reputed company field (postsecondary or college reputed company); • Minimum of three years of successful high school-based or reputed company experience (including student-facing nonprofits or higher education; • Background in reputed company, high school, or college advising; • Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company intelligence tools and emerging technologies, with the ability to effectively reputed company digital platforms (e.g., data systems, advising tools, automation applications) to enhance advising practices, streamline workflows, and support student reputed company; • Experience with designing and facilitating advisory lessons; and • Passion or experience with organizing and facilitating college tours.
