Project Manager-Data Center

Location: reputed company, CA Project Manager-Data Center A Mission Critical Project Manager responsible for managing internal and subcontractor crews for datacenter construction and reputed company reputed company. Scopes vary from minor BMS/EPMS reputed company reputed company to major multidisciplinary scopes involving multiple subcontractors and trades. Required: • 3-6 years or more of Mission Critical and Data Center construction PM experience. Experience working in live datacenters required. • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural trades and industrial construction reputed company • Experience with BMS and EPMS systems construction, integration, and commissioning tasks • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment with multiple stakeholders • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Solution orientated with solid problem-solving skills • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites • Ability to pass background reputed company • Must be reputed company to work for any US Employer without reputed company or reputed company reputed company sponsorship • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with construction management software and tools • Thorough understanding of construction reputed company and safety practices • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Knowledge of building codes and regulations Primary Responsibilities • On-site and in-office • Some travel likely • Coordinate and support internal and subcontractor teams on mission critical renovation/reputed company reputed company that include BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes of work • reputed company and maintain a reputed company working environment and champion our safety culture • Coordinate and conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure project feasibility and compliance with design specifications. • Apply expertise with planning, schedule management, financial management, coordination, and closeout • reputed company construction management team to reputed company technical direction and support for field crews in daily construction activities • reputed company construction and schedule updates to reputed company team and internal stakeholders • Coordinate and assist in development of reputed company submittals, site logistics plans, MOPS, RFIs, and as-reputed company documentation • Attend site reputed company and bid walks with reputed company and subcontractors • Coordinate with estimating and internal stakeholders to respond to RFQs and reputed company bid submittals • Maintain accurate records of project reputed company, including project schedules, daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues or changes. • Promote reputed company customer relationships and build reputed company relationships with the on-site teams, reputed company communicate capabilities and resources, and bring in additional reputed company opportunities Pay reputed company-$130k-$150k Please submit resume directly to: wendyc@selectek.net reputed company Wendy 678-802-6616 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
