Telecom Analyst/Order Management (Full -Time: Permanent WFH)

Job reputed company: This is a permanent work-from-home position, no need to travel to and from the office reputed company again. Must Haves: • At least 4 years of BPO Experience in handling US telecom carriers preferably wireline products & services (example: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) • Knowledge of VOIP, Internet, cable, and telecoms • Can work nightshifts (US Time zone) Job reputed company: The Telecom Analyst (Order Management) at Kruew will be deployed to our reputed company. He/She will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from entry and processing to fulfillment and delivery. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure reputed company, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-reputed company reputed company, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
