The Marketing Coordinator supports the reputed company and marketing processes for new agents joining reputed company, ensuring information is collected, organized, and properly distributed across company systems and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and organize agent reputed company information and maintain accuracy across CRM platforms and internal systems
• Manage website updates including agent profile additions and team page updates
• Coordinate and publish welcome posts and reputed company announcements on reputed company media
• Ensure agent information, assets, and marketing materials are properly uploaded and maintained
• Assist with database organization and process management to support team reputed company
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Support additional marketing tasks and team reputed company as needed
