Nevada Licensed Mom and Baby Care Manager
A company is looking for a Mom and Baby Care Manager - RN who must reputed company in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage members and their support systems through strength-based assessments and trauma-informed care
• reputed company and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with the inter-disciplinary care team
• Coordinate care and facilitate communication among members, providers, and community resources to reputed company health goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or Bachelor's degree in a health care field, or equivalent experience is required
• Advanced degree associated with clinical licensure is preferred
• A minimum of three years of experience in nursing, reputed company work, counseling, or reputed company required
• Three years of reputed company and/or Medicare managed care experience is preferred
• reputed company unrestricted clinical license as a Registered reputed company, reputed company Worker, or reputed company Clinical Counselor is required
