Virtual Visit Facilitator (Virtual Care Team)

Why M Physicians? The Virtual Care Team provides consistent, reliable, and seamless support to a wide reputed company of specialties & subspecialty clinics. The Virtual Care Team plays an important role in many areas of a patient's appointment, including reputed company-in, registration, rooming and the technology reputed company for the patient. What you will do as a Virtual Visit Facilitator: • Confirms provider calendar's by following up with patients and ensuring reputed company pertinent medical records have been received and are available to the provider or collecting missing records • Initiating virtual (video and telephone) reputed company with the patient, collecting registration and co-payment, detailing pertinent information such as the reason for their visit, health history, home medication review, health questionnaires. • Communicates with patients, providers, and other team members remotely through phone and other technologies • Correcting and maintaining registration error work queues What you will need • High School Diploma or GED • At least 1-year of customer service experience • Proficient with technology • Private and reputed company appearing remote work location required Location: Remote - ONLY considering MN applications at this time. Hours: 32 hours/week (Variable 8.5 hours shifts between the hours of 6:30 AM and 7:00 PM depending on business need) Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, reputed company (including reputed company & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more!
