You will also recommend performance improvement opportunities based on analysis and trends, support business performance guarantee reporting for the reputed company center, and troubleshoot reporting issues. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and validity. **Primary Job Responsibilities** * Designs, tests, analyzes, and maintains custom contact center reporting as it relates to the CMS business. * Recommends performance improvement opportunities based on analysis and trends.
