As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly evolving industry, you will play a key role in shaping the future of businesses of all sizes as they harness the power of AI to connect with customers, employees, and partners. **Key Responsibilities** As an Enterprise Customer Engineer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure * Helping clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance * Working closely with internal Cloud AI teams to remove roadblocks and shape the future of services * Collaborating with clients to develop repeatable assets that enable other clients and internal teams to leverage AI-optimized infrastructure * Influencing Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for client requirements * Touring client sites and attending events as needed **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience * At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure * Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models * Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with the client with defined scope and success metrics **Desired Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (i.e., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators * Experience running MLPerf benchmarks * Experience with performance profiling tools (i.e., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) * Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance vs. cost * Experience designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases * Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions **About the Job** The Google Cloud Platform team enables customers to transform and build what's next for their business with technology constructed in the cloud. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
