**About the Role**
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll work a variety of shifts, including weekdays from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM and weekends from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
* Scheduling appointments with customers and on-call technicians
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes
* Providing exceptional support to customers through email and phone
* Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
