You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to design and develop high-scale data platforms that meet arenaflex's data-driven requirements * Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and other relevant technologies * Work with data engineers to design and implement data storage solutions using Hadoop, Hive, and other relevant technologies * Develop and maintain data processing and analytics tools using SQL, Apache Spark, and other relevant technologies * Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality, maintainable code * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and contribute to the development of arenaflex's technology roadmap **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and architecture * Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data storage, and data processing * Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Hadoop, Hive, and other relevant technologies * Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Scala, Go, or Python * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field * 6-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data engineering and architecture * Experience with data lake house architectures, such as Data Bricks * Experience with continuous streaming data pipelines using Apache Flink or Apache Kafka * Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms **About Our Team** Our team is passionate about innovation and creativity, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
