With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional service. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's solution information section methodology and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests * Enter top-off orders for handling and investigate to obtain missing medication data * Settle all information section-related special cases and resolve outlier issues * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquire and maintain a dynamic pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days of employment **Essential Capabilities** * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports or accessing data online * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least one and a half years of pharmacy technician experience with a license/certification by the state Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Flexible remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to ongoing training and education opportunities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
