We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, where everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions that drive business value and improve application development efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, programmers, and data researchers, to develop and deploy AI-powered applications that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, and SQL, will be essential in driving success in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions that drive business value and improve application development efficiency * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered applications that meet customer needs * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support AI and machine learning workloads * Ensure data quality and integrity through analysis, modeling, and visualization * Select and train machine learning models to achieve optimal predictive performance * Experience with model deployment and hyperparameter tuning to achieve best-in-class results * Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases to support AI and machine learning solutions * Present results of analyses in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience in applying machine learning methods in software development is a plus **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * 2+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on machine learning and AI * Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, and SQL * Experience with model selection, training, and deployment * Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models * Experience with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and model calibration * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with data visualization and presentation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git * Experience with data engineering and data warehousing * Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about AI and machine learning, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills, we encourage you to apply today.
