As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing excellent communication skills to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns * Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies * Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals * Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes * Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience * Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems * Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies * Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals * Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes * Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs **Requirements** * Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Basic computer skills and experience * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns * Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution * Health Insurance (dental and vision included) * Excellent retirement plan * Tremendous upward mobility into other positions and management * Flexible hours * Remote Position(s) available (work from home) **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing) * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of industry-specific products or services * Fluency in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution * Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
