Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Helping customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards
  • Engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments
  • Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Assisting with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
  • Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  • Supporting shrink and safety programs
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; executing Company policies and standards
  • Interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values; projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings

Physical Requirements:

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll need to be able to:

  • Remain standing for long periods of time
  • Move throughout the store
  • Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
  • Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
