**Experienced Data Entry Representative – Insurance and Financial Products Industry**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration. **Job Summary:** We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our team on an initial 3-month contract with potential for extension up to 2 years. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for entering claims in compliance with established procedures, meeting production and quality standards, and identifying and resolving eligibility edits. If you're passionate about data management, have excellent analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Enter claims into data management systems in compliance with established procedures * Meet production and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry * Identify and resolve eligibility edits, referring all other edits to claims examiners * Work with multiple monitors, utilizing Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system * Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage data and communicate with team members * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and processing * Adapt to daily and weekly changes, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude * Prioritize work assigned, responding to calls and emails throughout the workday * Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and quality **Essential Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the insurance and financial products industry * Proficiency in inputting data into data management systems * Experience working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system * Medium skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Ability to work with multiple monitors and prioritize tasks effectively * Familiarity with insurance products, such as medical or dental * Experience in a production work environment, meeting daily metrics and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data entry * Reliable and self-managed, with excellent communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with provider data demographics * Familiarity with enhanced product services and employer-paid benefits * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent time management and self-motivation skills * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist) **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the insurance and financial products industry.
